The Face of Leadership – 2017 Report on Gender Diversity in the C-suites of BC

For the third year, Minerva BC has teamed up with partners Corporate Knights and Vancity to measure gender diversity within the C-suites of BC’s 50 biggest revenue-generating companies.Key highlights from the 2017 report include:

  • 18/50 organizations had no women directors
  • 14/50 of surveyed BC organizations had no women on senior executive teams
  • 19% – Average female representation on boards of directors
  • 20% – Average female representation on senior executive leadership positions
  • 0 – board or senior executive members of Indigenous descent
